Dear Patient,
Your laboratory test results can be viewed and downloaded directly through the respective laboratory patient portals listed below. Please refer to the specific portal corresponding to the laboratory where your samples were collected or sent to.

Most laboratory results are typically available within 3–5 business days after your appointment. Certain specialized tests may take longer depending on the laboratory’s processing time.

If you would like to discuss your test results with the doctor, we are pleased to offer Telehealth appointments. During these virtual visits, the doctor can connect with you via phone or webcam to review your results in detail and answer any questions you may have.

INSURANCE ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION

In the event you are switching your insurance or changing your health plan or network under the same insurance policy and want to make sure that our practice is in network with your specific insurance plan, Please contact MEMBER SERVICES on the back of your insurance card. CIRCUMCISION FOLLOWING OBSTETRICAL CARE

In the event you would like your obstetrician to perform circumcision for your son, while your are still at the hospital, you will need to pre-pay $200 deposit for the service in advance.

After that you will have 60 days to contact our office and provide insurance information for your baby boy so that we can send the claim to the insurance for reimbursement in a timely manner.

Once insurance reimburses the circumcision charge, your $200 deposit will be refunded to the original payment method.
