Advanced OBGYN, in Brooklyn and Manhattan, Upper East Side, is a health center organized by women, for women.
Dr. Hayama Brill and Dr. Kamila Agayeva work together to offer a wide range of women’s healthcare services, including preventive gynecological care, contraception counseling, and advanced ultrasonography studies that are done on-site.
The doctors at Advanced OBGYN also provide pregnancy confirmation, full antepartum, delivery, postpartum care, and a variety of in-office procedures, including cellulite reduction, labiaplasty, and labia rejuvenation.
Advanced OBGYN also offers MonaLisa Touch Laser, a quick and painless laser treatment with no side effects for vaginal dryness and burning, as well as urinary incontinence and atrophy.
Dr. Brill and Dr. Agayeva are both board certified and members of American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and both speak English and Russian fluently.

Board Certified Obstetrics & Gynecology
Kamila Agayeva, MD, PhD, FACOG is an OB/GYN specialist who currently practices at Advanced OBGYN in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Agayeva is an honors graduate of the Moscow State Medical University, where she also completed her residency. She entered a competitive PhD fellowship program right after that and finished it in three years.
Dr. Agayeva taught as a clinical professor at the prestigious Moscow Medical Academy before bringing her talents to the United States. It was during her time in this position that Dr. Agayeva polished her clinical and surgical skills. After relocating to the United States, she took a residency posting at Brookdale Hospital and also trained at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York.
Later, Dr. Agayeva secured an OB/GYN position at Lutheran Medical Hospital in Brooklyn. However, she left Lutheran Medical Hospital to open a private practice.
Today, Dr. Agayeva is a board-certified fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and a member of the American Society of Gynecologic Laparoscopy, the American Medical Association, and the International Society of Cosmetic Gynecology.

Hayama Brill, MD, FACOG is a board-certified OB/GYN, robotic surgeon, lecturer, and clinician demonstrator who currently practices at Advanced OBGYN in Manhattan and Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Brill is a graduate of New York Medical College and completed her residency at New York’s Lenox Hill Hospital.
As a lecturer, Dr. Brill has presented to clinical staff at notable facilities like Lenox Hill Hospital. She is also a skilled researcher who has written many publications on gynecological topics.
Before becoming a physician, Dr. Brill served as an assistant at New York University Medical Center and the Center for Human Reproduction. Now, she is a decorated physician who has received the D. Silverman Award for Academic Excellence and other honors.
Most notably, Dr. Brill is a long-standing member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American College of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, Society of Reproductive Surgeons, and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine. She has run a private practice for the past nine years.
